Want to Return Something?

Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned unless there is a manufacturer defect. You must return the item within 30 days of your purchase. Returns are not available for gift cards.

1. Email info@theravenroom.ca with your Order Number and specify which The Raven Room product you ordered.


2. Once the return has been received, a refund will be issued.
